TAO YUAN RESTAURANT originated from Singapore, wherein a Singaporean businessman form in a group to established this type of seafood restaurant which is “Tao Yuan Restaurant”. Since the partnership or the owner is 15 years in service as distributor, and a famous exporter of Sharks’fin and live seafood to Singapore and created a certain business as well in food industry. This is how it was developed. It was decided to develop an Authentic Chinese Cuisine. Moreover to create a new innovation concept and to have a high aim Singaporean restaurant. Fortunately chosen to put up the place at Malate area since this place is being known as for Tourism.That’s why Tao Yuan Restaurant established located at 508-512 General Malvar Street, Corner A. Tao Yuan Restaurant opened last December 16, 2008. It has a different variety food of your choice.The specialties are composed of Shabu-Shabu, Dimsum, Set menu banguet. It also has eight (8) VIP rooms for function / reservation. Our Chef is from Hongkong and Singapore, he’s really good in creative menu and ensures that the dishes served are both unique and authentic. Cooked freshly caught seafood according to the specifications. Delicious dimsum and family value meals are common favorites. The dishes are impeccable and affordable reasonable prices. Since the restaurant opened we make it sure to serve customers satisfaction. The good quality service should always be given to our guest at all times. So right now, we have a regular guest who came in the restaurant with different nationality and as well as celebrities and well known business tycoon.
Servers/ Crews are friendly… So lets you in, or shall say, savors the answer, Tao Yuan Restaurant. The taste is exquisite.
Tao Yuan restaurant offers catering services and party packages. Operating hours starts from 11:00 a.m. to 02:30pm and 06:00pm to 12:00 m.n. from Monday to Sunday.
Dining Area
It’s our “front of the house” which our guests normally dine assisted by our courteous and service oriented crews. The area is approximately 32-56 sitting capacity at the ground floor with 6 function rooms at the second floor with 12-16 sitting capacity per room.
Shabu-Shabu Area
This area are designed for shabu-shabu guests who preferred cooking in a pot of boiling water. Equipped with High Tech Digital Shabu-Shabu Table. Wherein our crew assists the guest in cooking of Shabu-Shabu and choose their own favorite flavors namely: Meat & Poultry, Seafood & Meatballs, Vegetables& Noodles and as well as the Soup for hot pot. There is a different variety of hot soup and we served for their own choices like: Pork Spareribs Soup in Pot, Chicken w/ Wine Soup in Pot, Wild Fungus & Wintermelon Soup, Tomato w/ Potato Soup in Pot, Century Egg w/ Wansoy in Pot, Double Soup in Pot and Tao Yuan Superior Soup in pot. Guest is enjoying cooking while eating at the same time.
Function/VIP Room
Tao Yuan Restaurant accommodates for allocations, business meetings and other special gatherings with six (6) rooms to choose.
